Brightside Dental Care is growing, and we are currently looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our Brandon team.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and professionally, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. This role is a key part of the patient experience and daily flow of the clinic.

Responsibilities
Discuss scheduling and financial arrangements
Support patient communication and appointment flow
Work closely with dentists and team members to support patient care
Help maintain a welcoming and organized front-end setting

Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Dental experience is considered an asset,



but we are open to training the right candidate
