Position Overview:
We’re currently hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate brings strong retail liquor knowledge, sales experience, and a customer-first attitude. A background in WSET (Level 2 or 3) is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers with expert wine recommendations based on taste, budget, and occasion
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
Assist with receiving and restocking inventory
Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently
Promote weekly features and in-store promotions
Support the team in delivering a premium customer experience

Qualifications:
Strong wine, spirits,



and beer knowledge (WSET candidates will have a strong preference)
Retail sales experience, ideally in liquor or specialty retail
Serving It Right certification (required)
Comfortable lifting boxes and standing for extended periods
Friendly, professional, and reliable

Availability Requirements:
Must be available evenings and weekends
Minimum of two shifts per week from Friday–Sunday
