Are you looking for part time and/or full time work? The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Pincher Creek, Alberta is hiring! We are looking for Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors. We provide training.

What You Will Do:
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
Answer questions regarding hotel services.
Provide information about services available in the community.
Respond to guests' concerns and help resolve any issues.
Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
Present statements of charges to departing guests.
Receive payments.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has strong computer skills
Has solid attention to detail
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Has previous hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
Willing to work in shifts
Cares about their skilled appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
