We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cook/Prep to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with food assembly, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and productive restaurant operations. Responsibilities:
Ensure all food are prepared and cooked according to Mary Brown’s guidelines.
Ensures secure and sanitary practices are adhered to in accordance with company and facility policies.
Follows all proper food safety procedures during preparation and cooking including maintaining all required labels and logs.
Ensures that all food is cooked and served in the right condition,



at the right temperature and at the right time.
Maintains all related work areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of serving practices and customer service principles
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
