Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and related healthcare settings. Your responsibilities will focus on clinical assessments, medication administration, and supporting residents’ overall well-being. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering respectful, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
Conduct resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes in condition.
Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, mobility assistance, and personal support.
Support residents with dementia, chronic conditions, and palliative needs.
Document care accurately in electronic health record systems.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated resident care.
Promote residents’ comfort and dignity through compassionate communication and assistance.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and privacy standards.




Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Experience & Qualifications
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RPN.
Experience in long-term care or retirement home settings preferred.
Knowledge of dementia care, palliative care, and chronic disease management.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Proficiency with electronic charting systems (e.g., PointClickCare, Epic, or Cerner).

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
