Job Summary

MROOF manufactures and installs premium metal roofing systems across the GTA using German ThyssenKrupp steel with a 50-year warranty. We are a growing company with a full support team behind every sale - marketing generates leads, our sales assistant qualifies clients and schedules appointments, and our estimator prepares pricing. Your role is to show up, present, build trust, and close the deal.

Responsibilities
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for scheduled consultations across the GTA
Present product samples, materials, and installation technology on-site
Address client questions and objections confidently
Sign contracts and complete all required documentation
Canvass neighbouring properties during active installations to generate additional interest

Requirements
Experience in direct sales or client-facing roles
Valid Full G driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Comfortable presenting on a phone or tablet in front of clients
Robust English communication skills




Ukrainian language is an asset

Average monthly earnings on this role have been $7,000 over the last 3 months. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based commission, and monthly vehicle allowance.

Pay: $4,500.00-$8,000.00 per month
