Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship across residential, commercial, and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting chance to work on diverse building tasks, from framing and drywall installation to concrete forming and siding applications. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure exact execution of projects
Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and custom fixtures
Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes according to project specifications
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to complete various construction tasks
Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces




Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move materials safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications
Proven experience in carpentry or construction work with a robust understanding of building processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking techniques, and concrete finishing methods
Knowledge of drywall installation, siding application, concrete forming, welding, and heavy equipment operation is preferred
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labor
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards at all times
Valid construction experience with the ability to adapt quickly to different project requirements
must have valid drivers license

Pay: $23.00-$40.00 per hour
