Join our agile construction team at Ceasar Aluminum as a Construction Labourer specializing in Siding and Eavestrough Installation! Responsibilities
Assist with the Removal and installation of siding and eavestroughs on various building types, following project plans and specifications
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and levels to accurately measure, cut, and secure materials
Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials and equipment safely around the worksite
Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to ensure precise installation
Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces and setting up scaffolding or ladders for safe access




Apply caulking and sealants to ensure weather-tight finishes and prevent leaks
Support carpentry tasks as needed, including measuring, cutting, and fitting materials with precision

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools used in siding and eavestrough installation
Previous construction experience or background in carpentry is highly desirable
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Solid physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or climbing
Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility on the job site
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality
