Duties
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and reservations to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct overnight audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
Monitor security protocols during night hours, including surveillance checks and safety inspections.




Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure continuity of service and operational excellence.

Experience
Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
Multilingual or bilingual (French and English) abilities are a strong advantage for serving diverse guests.
Demonstrated proficiency in front desk procedures, including guest registration and billing systems.
Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
Solid customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and hotel safety protocols is beneficial.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity.

Pay: $18.39-$20.38 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
