Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of baked goods including pastries, cakes, tarts, and other confections with precision and creativity
Decorate cakes and desserts using piping techniques, fondant, icing, and other decorative elements to meet custom orders and presentation standards
Follow established recipes and food safety protocols to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling desserts efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and packaging practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders while upholding the highest standards of quality




Support the overall food industry operations by adhering to health regulations and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications
Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
Familiarity with packaging techniques for retail or catering purposes is a plus
Kitchen experience in the food industry that demonstrates versatility across various culinary tasks
