As Store Manager, You’ll:
Lead, mentor and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service
Hire, train, and coach team members with empathy and consistency
Engage with the local community and promote educational events
Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory
Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
Partner with head office on marketing, product launches, and training
Maintain compliance and uphold Imagine Cannabis brand standards

We’re Looking For:
A retail leader with 2+ years of experience in customer-facing environments
Someone who brings calm energy, transparent communication, and natural leadership
Cannabis knowledge and a desire to educate others
Certified (or ready to be) and able to pass a criminal record check
