We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Behaviour Intervention Worker to provide individualized support to children, youth, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one behavioural intervention and mentoring
Support emotional regulation, social skills, routines, and life skills
Implement individualized behaviour-support strategies
Provide parent coaching and practical family support
Work with clients in home, community, and agency settings
Complete skilled case notes and documentation
Use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred
Behaviour intervention experience preferred
Trauma-informed training, experience, or background strongly preferred
Experience with children, youth, and families with complex needs
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check required
First Aid/CPR

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
