Residential Framers Wanted – apprentices, 2+ years framing experience & Lead Hands

Location: Edmonton & Surrounding Area

We are a growing residential framing company looking to add reliable, hardworking team members to our crew. We are hiring Apprentice Framers, Framers, and Lead Hands for full-time work on residential construction projects throughout the Edmonton area.

Apprentice Framers
Lead Hands

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings (lead positions).
Measure, cut, and assemble wood framing components.
Frame floors, walls, roofs, and stairs.
Install sheathing, beams, trusses, and engineered wood products.
Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
Operate and maintain hand and power tools.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
Follow company safety policies and industry best practices.
Lead Hands will supervise crews, Safely coordinate daily tasks, and maintain quality standards.

Requirements
Previous residential framing experience is an asset (experience level dependent on position).
Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.




Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Comfortable working at heights.
Basic knowledge of framing tools and techniques.
Valid driver's license is an asset.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Must have CSA-approved steel-toe boots and basic PPE.
Own hand tools are considered an asset.
