Experienced Framer / Carpenter (Subcontractor) – Custom Home Crew

Looking for guys who take pride in their work—no shortcuts, no babysitting.

As our workload grows, we’re looking to bring on experienced subcontract framers/carpenters to join our crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Framing custom homes (floors, walls, roofs, stairs, and details)
Reading and working from blueprints
Measuring, cutting, and assembling
Working alongside a small, efficient crew
Keeping job sites clean and organized

Requirements:
2+ years framing/carpentry experience
Ability to read plans (or willingness to learn)
Own basic hand tools
Steel toe boots and hi-viz(required)
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Valid GST number (required)




Physically capable (heavy lifting, heights, outdoor work)

Pay:
$20–$40/hour, based on experience
Clear prospects for raises—earn more as your speed, skill, and reliability grow
Consistent, full time work available
