Job Overview
Morris Landscapes and Designs are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team for the end of the summer/fall season. This is a temporary position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Perform general maintenance tasks including removal of material such as sod, mulch, rock, soil, brick
Planting of trees, shrubs and ground cover
Installation & repairs to irrigation
Irrigation trenching
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

Experience
Previous labor experience in construction, manufacturing,



or a similar field is preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential traits for success in this role
Willingness to learn current skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable transportation's a must as you'll need to travel from site to site.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
