Accurately apply customer payments to accounts
Investigate and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies
Match payments to invoices through portals and bank data
Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations
Respond to payment-related inquiries professionally Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of two years in cash applications or AR
Robust Excel skills and experience with JD Edwards is a plus
