We are currently seeking a Junior Area Manager to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee security operations across multiple client sites
Manage day-to-day guard supervision including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure quality control and conduct periodic site inspections
Handle client complaints, incident reports, and resolve issues promptly
Perform general office support duties (e.g., uniform distribution, light cleaning tasks)
Maintain strong communication with guards and clients
Respond to after-hours incidents or emergencies on weekends (on-call basis)
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
Professional, punctual, and dependable
Prior supervisory experience in the security industry is an asset
