Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing operation in the London area. This position will focus on supporting and improving manufacturing processes, equipment and tooling within a fast-paced production workplace.

The position will also be involved in equipment and tooling improvements, process modifications, capital projects, equipment installations and the introduction or improvement of manufacturing processes.

Requirements
Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
Experience in metal forming, welding/joining, robotic and automated manufacturing processes required.




Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
Experience with metal forming, welding, robotics, automated equipment, coating/finishing, or similar manufacturing technologies.
Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures and process controls.
Experience with process optimization, cycle-time improvements, scrap reduction and downtime reduction.
Experience establishing, monitoring and improving manufacturing process parameters.
Experience supporting equipment installations, tooling changes, equipment modifications or capital projects.
Solid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement skills.
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
