Our customers include OEMs in the communications, industrial, health-sciences, transportation and energy & mining sectors; they range in size from start-ups, privately held, to publicly listed companies.

The Role - Technical Sales Representative
To service & expand upon an existing customer base, encouraged to prospect & hunt recent target accounts
Identify key business opportunities and drive to closure. Communicate with customers:
By Phone, email, teams calls
Or meetings at customers office/ lab/ factory (in/around Ottawa)
Maintain knowledge of products, technologies and trends; through a continuous self-learning process, or via our partners’ training materials.
Work with (y)our Inside Sales team in completing monthly reports, and preparing for annual reviews.

The Ideal candidate:
Is experienced within B2B Technical Sales - has an aptitude for sales,



the ability to quickly grasp an chance and the business acumen to understand its viability
Has an interest and knowledge in electronics & technology.
Is enthusiastic, personable, a team player and a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, constantly changing, demanding setting
Has excellent oral and written communication skills and an eye for detail
Clean driving record/license, access to a late model 4 door car and is computer literate (MS Office & CRM)

Remuneration
Base salary - commensurate with experience
Commission plan - based on sales achieved and quarterly business goals
