Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on heavy equipment
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role
Robust mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Experience with excavators, cranes, forklifts, and industrial equipment
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license;
CVI Certified is an Asset.
