Who are you?

Your friends think you are bossy, but you know they really mean you’re assertive. You are a multi-tasking junkie and never truly satisfied unless you have half a dozen balls in the air. You are the one your friends call on for advice on how to hang their pictures and you have a habit of rearranging their furniture when you get to their house.

The Job!

A Leon’s Sales Associate’s job goes beyond just selling furniture and appliances. By establishing relationships and creating long lasting, repeat customers, our Sales Associates are always anticipating our customer’s needs, providing them with the best customer service through product knowledge,



and always being on top of current design and home décor trends. Weekends and evenings and flexibility are an integral part of this job, as the work day of a solid sales associates never truly ends.

Must haves

· Passionate, self-motivated, with a genuine appreciation for the art of selling

· Exceptional customer service and people skills

· Ability to navigate a adaptable retail schedule (Weekends, Evenings, Holidays)

· A drive to constantly improve oneself, through product knowledge and best practices

· Top-notch organizational and goal-setting tendencies
