Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks (preferred), forklifts, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments using warehouse management systems and MS Office Excel
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to load and unload materials, ensuring timely delivery and shipment of products

Experience
Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred,



especially in environments involving heavy equipment operation or manufacturing settings
Demonstrated proficiency with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms
Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, packaging, shipping & receiving processes
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment like reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or construction machinery
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Familiarity with construction or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices for heavy equipment operation

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
