About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead and coordinate labourers on a single-home construction project in the Lower Mainland, BC.

Position: Foreman
Pay: $40/hour
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Lower Mainland, BC

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate labourers on site
Assign daily tasks and keep the crew organized
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Coordinate with the project team and other trades as needed




Monitor daily progress and keep the project on schedule
Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:
Previous construction foreman or lead-hand experience
Robust ability to manage and direct labourers
Positive communication and organizational skills
Reliable and safety-conscious
Residential construction experience is an asset
