OpalShine Dental Laboratory is looking for a motivated and reliable Dental Laboratory Technician to join our denture/removable department.

This position will mainly involve hands-on laboratory work with dentures and removable dental appliances, including tooth bonding, trimming, grinding, finishing, polishing, repairs, and other related production work.

Previous dental laboratory experience is preferred. Training can be provided depending on experience and skill level.

Salary will be based on individual experience and skills.

Extended Health, Dental and Vision advantages are available after 3 months of full time employment.

Duties / Skills
Denture tooth bonding and assembly
Denture trimming and grinding
Finishing and polishing dentures and removable appliances
Acrylic denture processing and finishing
Denture repairs and additions
Adjusting and fitting denture components
Working with acrylic and flexible materials
Basic use of dental laboratory handpieces, burs and polishing equipment
Assisting with removable dental appliance production




Maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the production process
Digital CAD/CAM and 3D printing experience is an asset, but not required
Denture setup and wax-up experience is an asset

Qualifications

Previous dental laboratory experience is preferred, particularly experience working with dentures, acrylic appliances, grinding, polishing, or dental laboratory finishing.

We are also open to candidates with strong hands-on skills who are willing to learn. Training can be provided for the right candidate.

Candidates with a working portfolio or photos of previous dental laboratory work will be given priority.
