Project Manager/Leader - PeopleSoft HCM
Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects. Ensures project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with project management methodologies and frameworks.

Must Have Skills:
Extensive experience as Project Manager working with PeopleSoft related projects or other HCM projects.
A hands on project manager who has lead multiple large ERP ($5M+) projects.
Significant expertise and experience in PeopleSoft HCM application
Implementation of PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces, including experience implementing PeopleTools and PUM upgrades




Experience working on Microsoft Azure cloud platform with RHEL/Windows OS and Oracle Database.
Leads organizational development, strategy development, business planning.
Prior Public Sector experiance is a must.
Gathers and develops requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan
Ability to monitor and forecast project costs and provide reporting and input to ensure targets are met
Experience developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
