Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses
Maintain accurate registration, color consistency, and print quality
Monitor production to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime
Troubleshoot printing issues to keep jobs running smoothly
Perform routine press maintenance and adjustments
Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Qualifications
Experience operating an automatic screen printing press preferred
Manual press experience will be considered
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Experience with M&R; equipment is an asset

Compensation





$17.60 – $21 per hour based on experience
Full-time, permanent position
Overtime opportunities available
Wage reviews based on performance

Starting compensation is determined by press experience and production capability.
