Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Wide-Format Digital Printing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-format digital printing equipment to produce high-quality visual displays, signage, and graphics. Your expertise will ensure smooth production workflows, exact color management, and productive material handling. Duties
Set up and calibrate wide-format digital printers to meet specific project requirements, ensuring optimal print quality and color accuracy
Monitor printing processes in real-time, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and prevent errors
Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning print heads, replacing ink cartridges, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
Manage material handling tasks such as loading rolls of media,



aligning substrates, and ensuring proper storage of supplies
Inspect printed outputs for quality assurance, verifying color fidelity, resolution, and adherence to specifications

Qualifications
Proven experience operating wide-format digital printing machinery in a manufacturing or production environment using different computer rip software
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including material handling and quality control standards
Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with attention to detail and safety compliance
