Duties
Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including cash handling and providing correct change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings with a solid understanding of the food industry standards
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
Kitchen experience or background in food preparation is a plus for supporting team operations
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and drive sales

Pay: $15.00-$15.75 per hour
