Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a protected and efficient work environment.
Duties:
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Train new employees on production processes and equipment operation
Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 per hour
