Duties
Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with seating arrangements
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and clear communication to handle inquiries and reservations
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
Support team members during busy hours to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency





Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
Strong guest services skills with a positive, energetic demeanor
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food service procedures
Previous hotel or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
