We’re growing and looking for a Lead Photo Booth Attendant to join our team and represent us at events across the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, technically sharp, and great with people.

You’ll be the face of Vancity Photobooth at events - handling setup, operation, and takedown on your own with professionalism and energy. You'll be trusted to manage the event from start to finish and report directly to the Operations Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
Pick up and drop off equipment at our warehouse before and after events
Set up and dismantle the photo booth at venues (indoor and outdoor)
Lead in office execution and troubleshoot tech issues as needed
Represent the brand professionally and interact confidently with clients and guests
Ensure all gear is accounted for and operational before clocking out
Follow company procedures and report any issues to the Operations Manager

What You Bring




Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (required)
Basic working knowledge of Windows OS and remote tools like TeamViewer
Comfortable using DSLR cameras (we’ll train you on specifics)
Ability to lift ~25 lbs (gear is manageable but you'll be moving it)
Calm, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
