Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized to meet health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and fixtures
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy at all times

Skills




Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry or industrial cleaning environments
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
