Duties
Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks and vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load, unload, and secure freight using equipment such as forklifts when necessary
Deliver freight to various locations efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure proper functioning and perform basic automotive repairs as needed
Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and safety records
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly




Operate heavy equipment responsibly when handling large or bulky freight items

Experience
Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid driver’s license suitable for the vehicle type assigned
Familiarity with forklift operation, freight handling, and heavy equipment usage
Knowledge of automotive repair basics to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues on the go
Prior experience in logistics or delivery services is highly desirable
Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in various environments
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers
