Overview

RROX Aggregates Ltd. is looking to hire a Wash Plant Operator. This is a seasonal position with competitive wages. Locally owned and operated, RROX Aggregates Ltd. is an industry leading producer of high-quality aggregates for the Edmonton market. Aggregate products are manufactured and transported via rail from aggregate reserves in north-central Alberta to the Edmonton market.

Responsibilities
Maintenance of the equipment being operated
Controlling conveyors, panel boards, pumps, gauges, and dials to ensure maximum efficiency and consistency of materials being generated
Maintain a clean and efficient washing operation and work environment

Qualifications
Experienced in a variety of equipment operations for crushing, and mining
Ability to work independently
Must be willing to work in adverse weather, overtime, out of town, and some weekends throughout the season
Create and foster a positive work culture, and set transparent expectations of crews for safety and production
Must be able to communicate well with co-workers
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Willing to learn and take direction

Successful candidates must have a driving record free of major infractions, and must pass a medical/fitness exam, as conditions of employment.

Pay Scale $26 - $35 per hour
