Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Squirrel POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and sanitation protocols
Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing personalized guest services




Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed and ensure proper food safety practices are followed

Qualifications
Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Experience with POS systems such as Squirrel POS is advantageous
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations required
Ability to perform basic math for order entry, billing, and cash handling tasks
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
Previous serving or hospitality experience is highly desirable; kitchen experience is a bonus
