We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
Hand-stretching pizza dough
Working with a stone-bake pizza oven
Using a pizza peel confidently to launch, rotate and remove pizzas
Preparing and topping pizzas
Working efficiently during busy service
Previous hands-on experience with a stone-bake pizza oven, pizza peel and hand-stretched dough is REQUIRED.
