Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced workplace. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Participate in menu planning and development as needed

Skills
Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards




Solid teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
Familiarity with meal preparation and serving techniques
A passion for the food industry and commitment to continuous learning

Positions Available
Kitchen Helper (several) – Part-time, starting at $18.5/hr
Line Cook (5) – Full-time, starting at $21/hr (up to $23/hr with 2yrs experience & fish-cutting skills)
