We are looking for a friendly, professional, and alert Security & Door Greeter to join our Spirit Halloween Uptown team. This position combines customer service with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly as they enter and leave the store.
Monitor the entrance and exit areas.
Maintain a visible security presence and help deter theft and other inappropriate activity.
Observe and report suspicious behaviour according to company procedures.
Assist with crowd control and maintain a protected, orderly entrance.
Respond calmly and professionally to customer concerns or incidents.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications
Previous security, loss-prevention, retail, or customer-service experience is an asset.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, approachable, and dependable.
Able to remain calm and use positive judgment in stressful situations.
Strong observation and situational-awareness skills.
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.

Competitive wage to be confirmed based on experience and availability.
