ICM Inc. is hiring crew members for industrial stack work across the country. You’ll earn strong hourly wages, receive tax-free per diem, and gain hands-on experience in a specialized trade working at height on major industrial and commercial sites.

Note: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Also note we are looking to hire immediately.

What the Job Looks Like
Working at height (ladders, rope access, swing stages, scaffolding, bosun chairs)
Repairing and inspecting concrete, brick, and steel structures including emissions stacks, silos, flares and similar access-challenged industrial structures.
Installing structural steel, guy wires, and lightning protection systems
Working in confined spaces when required
Using and maintaining safety equipment properly




Daily safety meetings and working as part of a tight crew

What You Need
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work
Willing to climb industrial stacks (80–500+ ft)
Able to work outdoors in all conditions
Strong work ethic and team mindset
Available to travel and work away from home for weeks at a time

Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
Working at Heights (MOL)
IRATA / SPRAT (Levels 1–3)
Swing stage / rigging
Confined space
Scaffold user
Rope rescue
WHMIS
Valid G licence with clean abstract
