We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hospitality Cleaner to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and

sanitation across our properties throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality.

This role requires a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to

creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming setting for our guests. We are known for our

spotless condos, and that reputation is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our team

members.

Key Responsibilities
Perform a full range of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and
sanitizing surfaces
Ensure guest rooms are picture-perfect, with all surfaces clean and streak-free
Restock guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms as needed
Complete all cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Manage time effectively while traveling between various property locations as required
Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly

Qualifications




3+ years of proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role (hospitality sector
preferred)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently, be punctual, and effectively manage your own schedule
Strong communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent time management

What We Offer
Competitive wage of $20 CAD per hour, with a transparent path to earning performance-based bonuses
Full-time hours (minimum of 40 hours per week)
Day shifts only
$500 CAD signing bonus after 6 months of successful employment
$500 CAD referral bonus when you refer a friend who stays for 6 months
