Job Summary:
Grow existing U.S. retail accounts and identify new opportunities
Build relationships with buyers, coaches, athletic directors, equipment managers and athletes
Develop partnerships with high school and college football programs
Support product launches, retail clinics and in-store activations
Attend football events across the United States
Track opportunities and provide market insights to our Sales, Marketing and Product teams

Skills:
2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, sporting goods or sports partnerships
Solid communication,



presentation and negotiation skills
A passion for football, sales and relationship building
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and comfort managing a territory independently
Willingness and ability to travel frequently between Canada and the United States
Experience or existing relationships within football, collegiate athletics, high school sports or sporting goods is a strong asset
Strong written and spoken English; French is an asset
