This full time role involves assessing family needs, offering interventions, and guiding clients through community resources. You will play a crucial role in addressing challenges such as addictions and family violence, ensuring child safety and family unity. Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential support services to vulnerable families
Gather comprehensive client information through interviews
Develop personalized plans addressing family challenges
Conduct educational sessions on family health topics
Report progress and maintain updated client statistics Requirements:
Degree in social work or related discipline with equivalent experience
Knowledge of community support programs essential
Effective in Microsoft Office applications
Current certifications in First Aid and CPR
