Duties
Monitor, record, and maintain temperature logs for refrigerators, freezers, and refrigerated food products in accordance with food safety procedures.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals to ensure timely service
Support cooking activities by following recipes and safety protocols under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to meet food safety standards
Handle food items safely, adhering to proper storage and handling procedures to prevent contamination
Serve food to guests or staff efficiently and courteously,

Restock supplies and organize kitchen storage areas for easy access during busy periods
Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen environment

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and meal preparation techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
Strong attention to detail when following recipes, safety guidelines, and cleanliness protocols
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a rapid-paced setting
Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food presentation, and customer service
Knowledge of food industry standards or prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
