Our downtown Vancouver real estate client is currently seeking a permanent General Accountant to join the team.

Competitive salary ranging from $60,000-$65,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Process and code invoices, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
Match invoices to purchase orders and enter approved invoices into Yardi Voyager in a timely manner.
Process recurring monthly AP entries, EFTs, cheques, and manage the cheque-signing process.
Verify vendor banking information and maintain accurate accounts payable records and files.
Reconcile and analyze GL accounts, including corporate accounts payable and other general accounting activities.
Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and assist with financial reporting.
Support audit preparation and perform job costing accounting for various projects.
Provide additional accounting and administrative support as required.
