Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a server, you will be responsible for Taking food orders, crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Your ability to engage with customers and provide top-notch hospitality will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness, including washing glassware, cleaning counters, and disposing of waste.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming setting for all guests.
Requirements
Proven experience in food service is required.
Ability to work independently
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Experience using POS systems.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others in a rapid-paced environment are essential for this role.
