We're looking for QSR Supervisors!

Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. As a QSR Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the execution of daily operations and activities.

General Responsibilities:
Plan tasks for the entire day and delegate duties to team promptly.
Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure all SOPs, food safety, and company standards are consistently followed.
Conduct regular store walk-throughs to maintain cleanliness, quality, and operational readiness.
Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Monitor food quality, speed of service, and overall guest satisfaction.
Ensure opening, closing, and shift procedures are completed correctly.




Communicate with management about team progress and performance plans with regular updates.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

$19.95 to 20.95 per hour based on performance.
