Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing transactions accurately and upselling menu items when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed during food handling and preparation
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements




Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace is preferred but not mandatory
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced setting
Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
