Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our agile team. Responsibilities
Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup to maintain a safe and organized workspace
Support skilled tradespeople by delivering tools, supplies, and materials as needed throughout the project
Perform general tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects with proper safety techniques
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
Maintain cleanliness of work areas to promote safety and efficiency




Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors

Skills
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members
Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or manufacturing environments
Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
