Assess workforce needs alongside hiring managers
Recruit and vet talent for diverse roles
Coordinate the onboarding of recent employees
Maintain confidential recruitment and employee records
Provide operational and administrative assistance Requirements:
Post-secondary education preferred in HR or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
Security or investigations experience is beneficial
Solid written and verbal communication skills
