We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Administrator in Lakeshore!
Full time, 3 month contract (possibility of extension)
Immediate start
$24/hr

Responsibilities:
Process customer payments and prepare daily deposits
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and ledger entries
Reconcile financial statement accounts and investigate discrepancies
Identify discrepancies and lead problem-solving efforts to resolve issues accurately and efficiently
Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities
Maintain and follow internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Report on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll information as needed
Respond to ad hoc requests and reporting requirements
Provide administrative and accounting support to the team as needed
Support business processes including R2R, A2R, S2P, O2C, and G2C

Requirements:
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
Proficiency working with ERP systems; Microsoft D365 experience is preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word,



and PowerPoint
Solid problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of standard office equipment such as copiers and scanners
High integrity and ethical standards with the ability to handle confidential information
Mandarin language skills are considered an asset but are not required
